This Privacy Policy applies to the SSH Terminal app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Fronixsoft (referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information when you download and use it. This may include:

Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
Pages or sections of the Application you visit, along with timestamps and time spent
The operating system running on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise location information about your mobile device.

SSH Credentials & Password Storage

      🔒 Stored On-Device Only
      Any SSH credentials, passwords, or connection details you save for auto-connect are stored exclusively on your device using secure local storage. This data is never transmitted to the Service Provider's servers or any third party.
    

You are solely responsible for managing saved credentials on your device. The Service Provider recommends using device-level security (e.g., Face ID, passcode) to protect access to the Application.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
When necessary in good faith to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
With trusted service providers who act on the Service Provider's behalf, have no independent use of disclosed information, and have agreed to adhere to this Privacy Policy

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application at any time. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the App Store.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain any user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, please contact us at fronixwabox@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately at fronixwabox@gmail.com so appropriate action can be taken.

You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country, unless a parent or guardian provides consent on your behalf where permitted.

Security

The Service Provider takes the confidentiality of your information seriously. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the information processed and maintained by the Application. SSH credentials saved for auto-connect are stored using device-level secure storage and are never synced externally.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
